If you support the death penalty when there is not the possibility of life without parole, and you agree there is the possibility an innocent person can be sentenced to death...

And I do support the fact that an innocent person can be imprisoned in any case, including a child molestation case. I realize that our justice system is not perfect, and that is exactly my point.
