Personally, I thought that the Bartow was pretty straight forward. I did, however, happen to overhear one of the poll workers explaining how to do it to an elderly woman. The more I thought about it, the more I realized that it could be confusing. As I mentioned before, the ballot did contain instructions as to how to fix a mistake.
