>I have a Windows 98 computer. For some reason now it is asking for a password when I boot. I have no idea of what the password is. How do I set it not to ask for the password or how can I change it to something I desire? (leaving the password blank is incorrect also).

Boot to Safe Mode. Find and delete all the .PWL files that are on the machine. If there is a network installed, set the network client to the Microsoft Family Client, and set that as the default login. Reboot.
