Found it in MSDN. In Help, do a search on "Changing the Input Language on Windows 95" and include the beginning and ending quotes. There is a Windows API that will switch between languages. You might post a new question asking for example code on how to do this. Win API is definitely not my area of expertise, but there are many here who may be able to help.
