Depending upon where one stands on any particular issue, one of the major problems/benefits of the current Washington political climate is revealing classified information/whistleblowing. I have absolutely no faith in anybody's ability to keep this information secret.

In all my "civics" courses from first grade on, the secret ballot has been touted as one of the prime protectors of our democracy. Having the ideologues of either side of the political spectrum know how I vote is a frightening prospect.
