I don't know how you would do that with ATM; I understand there is a concept called "LAN Emulation" (LANE) that may come into play here.

Is the printer driver in question for an HP printer? There are known bugs with many of their drivers. One solution is to use a compatible driver, written by Microsoft, from your OS CD.
