Databases,Tables, Views, Indexing and SQL syntax
Ulises,
I have occasionally needed to bring a table home on diskette and wanted to preserve the long file names which can only be done if the table is a part of a .DBC.
To do this I created a Temp database and saved my table with it. When I opened it up at home, of course I couldn't directly add it to my database at home but I could use COPY TO MyHomeTable DATABASE MyHomeDatabase.
Perhaps this method will be useful for you in the future.

>Yes. I need a third table. I need to gather some information from two tables and have it in a 3rd table that has to be physically delivered on a Diskette to someone else. The only way I figured to do this was by creating a new table, and copy it to diskette. Erik's solution worked fine. Maybe you have some other ideas as to how to accomplish this?
