It is difficult to get it to work. I had to download the source code and recompile it. May be regsvr32.exe could do the job as well but I cannot check that once the controls are registered.
You have to download more than one control: vballiml6.ocx , vballbar6.ocx , ssubtmr6.dll
When you want to recompile the sources you also need: oleguids.tlb
