Yeah, I would definitely describe that suit as "bone-headed".

We should know within minutes on the Volusia suit for extension of time.

I'm counting appeals. We will see if it the GOP or Dems that appeal to the Florida Supreme Court. One will for sure. People are expecting the Supreme Court to rule before the 5 pm deadline today.

But if the GOP appeals their loss in attempting to call hand-counting unconstitutional to the Atlanta Federal Court, I will give them an even bigger "bone-head" award.
