No, we haven't but I wouldn't be surprised to see them dissolve it over time.

Not that Mr. Receiving-end-of-bull-horn (or would that be the Hollywood definition? <g>) would help... <g>

I think that to actually abolish something like the Dept. of Education outright is pretty tough. To change its mission and have it go away over time is quite another..
