Found the problem
I was trying to use the IIF statement in the property box. When I took it out of there and put it in the refresh() of the grid it worked fine. Seems to me you should be able to use the propertybox. I suppose the grid refresh() would need to refresh each object in the grid in order for that to work? Being that i learned programming in visual and never actually had to create objects via keyboard in code sometimes the documentation isn't clear. Seems to me anyway
