It isn't really a question of billing but of honoring contracts between markets. They (Verizon) only want to honor the contract length but then adjust the contract to their suiting without disclosure to the customer. See my other post in a reply to Michael. I've been battling them and getting nowhere for about a month now. They keep stonewalling on the issue.
