I have seen this error 'file does not exist' at startup when the path is not set properly. Be sure to run StartMM.prg before running the program and it will set the path. Also, make sure that you have set up your project exactly how it says in the documentation. If it still doesn't run, then reinstall the files from the .zip file. I have seen them get corrupted sometimes during unzipping.
