Hi Roxanne!

I think I will wait until Papa Kevin gets back from Germany and he gives me some specific clues about vuml & mmortals (I'll probably write a document about this and add it to my website's "cookbook").

In the meantime I'm foregoing the roundtrip facilities and using vuml for design and then doing the roundtrip manually - so far it's been really great even though the vuml program isn't really intuitive and its interface is quirky (i.e. pressing Enter is not the same as clicking on the OK buttons, etc.).

Last night, while looking at my use cases and sequence diagrams brought home a few epiphanies. I think I still have a lot to learn.

When you came by our table in Milwaukee, Craig was just mentioning to me the app you created that looks like a website. Too bad I didn't have a chance to look at it; I think it was a great idea for a really friendly UI.

Thanks!

Alex

>I havent bought a copy of VUML yet (I'm waiting for it to support parameters in methods) but I sat thru Markus' presentation at the Double Impact in Milwaukee and seen him handle this. Afraid I cant give specific steps but there is something you need set in a properties dialog for a class (in vuml) that basically says "dont export this class back out". Plus in the wizard dialog, you want to make sure your frameworks classes arent check marked off in that one screwy grid screen (which btw is how you handle framework classes in Visual Modeler). HTH.
