I've seen that also, along with the moral laxness that comes with the cultural attack on absolute standards.
An interesting news report yesterday showed that over 100 students at a Wisconsin university admitted voting more than once in Tuesday's election -- at a precinct with very lax control.
When the reporters mentioned that they had just admitted to committing a felony, they were incredulous. "Felony? All I did was just vote twice."
