Thanks for reply. I just want to display some data from a table in to a list box. List box should have about 4 col. It is not using any MAPI controls.

I know how to enter data in to a list box, but I have not done any with more that one col. I just told you outlook as a example. It could look similat to out look inbox.

This program allow users to enter telephone messages from diff workstaions and save to a server. Diff uerser can access there messages from the server. I just want to display a list box with messages available for that paticular user when he wants to rea the messages.

I think now it is clear to you what I am trying to accomplish. :)
