Adam,
A couple of things to check:
1) Are you using a private datasession in the report? If you are, I suggest removing it and preparing your data in the program/form method that calls the report. The same is true for the programming in the INIT. Look on the Report menu to see if Private DS is checked.

2) You said you were gathering data for the report - are you printing every record in your "Report cursor"? If not, try eliminating any records you DON'T want to print. Reports usually run quite smoothly if all the data is in a single cursor - even if that means repeating group header information in multiple records. The cursor disappears when you're done, after all....

Finally, make sure that your Report Cursor is Selected JUST before you run the preview.
