launch VFP, then modify your screens. VFP will recognize the screen as an earlier version and ask you if you want to convert it to a VFP form. You have 2 options (if I remember correctly) -- functional or programmatic conversion. The functional conversion will "create" the VFP equivalent form. The programmatic will convert it to code (.prg). Do this for all your screens then tweek them as needed.
