DOo't know if it has been reported before as I have not read anything about it, If you do SET SYSMENU SAVE (Miami Tech Preview - build 8999) most of the menu entries disappear! SET SYSMENU TO DEFAULT restores them.

Can anyone reproduce this?

I ordered the VS.Net Beta CDs. IO'll check when they arrive to se if it's still there. If it has not been reported before, how do we go about reporting it to Msft? Is there a special channel?
