Yes - I thought of that just when it was time to go home.

When I did my first program using IRR, it was something new. Accounting can be so much fun and doing payoffs of investments is a subject on to itself. It is great that we can use Excel and VB within VFP to do such things, as VFP does not have all the financial functions needed in the real world.
