I should have included the error I am getting which is "File does not exist". This comes up soon after launching the program. I am not getting a menu or any form displaying, ie: login form. Hope this helps to understand my problem.

As suggested by Rex Mahel, I recompiled the app, still the error exists. His other suggestion was to reinstall the sample app from the zip file and recompile, this still didn't work. Any other ideas?
