When I'm satisfied I add 'create SQL view cVievNAme as ' in front of select and excute (database is open at the moment). Then either I use Erik Moore's eview or gendbc to get programmatic version of the update syntax, retouch and recreate. In order to prevent myself screwing the view in designer I generally place a 'force' clause after 'from'.
