Huh!? Is was in Winnipeg a month ago and we went to a Blue Bombers game, here's the summary. :-)

First of all, there are 3 downs, which basically means every play is passing, since you only have two attempts at first down before they inevitablly kicked it away. No surprise at what the play will be.

Secondly, I didn't see a single good hit! Evey play was "catch the ball, fall down" Assuming they actually cought it, which was about 50% of the time. Either that or dash for the sidelines, but no brute force was involved. I saw a guy get the ball on the left side of the field, and run all the way to the right side of the field, only to lose 2 yards and run out of bounds... afriad of being tackled I guess.

One part I thought was cool was the ability for the defending team to get 1pt if they received a bad field goal from inside the end zone. I think thats how it worked, something like that.

Now being at the game was definitally entertaining though, there were contests for the fans during most of the breaks and the mascots would whip around the field in an airplane and stuff, but as for game play... I don't think so :-)
