Sorry to be a pain, but I have a client who is using Outlook 2000 in Corporate Workgroup mode with an Exchange server. When they try to send mail using the MAPIMAIL class, it fails.

Any ideas, or anything I could test for in order to solve this? My first test was to give the client a place to enter the Profile username and password before issuing a send command, but he said it still failed.
