When I tried to load up, I got the already talked about "Not a table error", the form was in an early stage, and most of it's code is in class libraries so I didn't really mind that much, but I thought I'd try and find a way to fix it just to be ready for when it happens to a more elaborated form. So I loaded it up in HEXEDIT, and I start seeing all this HTML tags?, how did that get there?, I then opened it up in a text editor and saved it with an HTML extension, and yup it's a web page I think it's a frame from the UT, among the first lines there was this:

BACKGROUND=http://www.levelextreme.com/BACKUT7.JPG

The resulting web page is the grey background in the sidebar with vertical black lines running down the page, basically it's the sidebar repeated many times across the page.

I'm using Windows 2000 SP1, I heard about form corruption but this is silly.
