I use Nigel's Class too and I we have about 40 Computers in our LAN with Outlook 2000 in corporate mode.
It works OK, with or without Outlook already open.
What error are you getting ?

I have a FOX.REG file that I have to merge into the registry sometimes when the Mapi ActiveX goes nuts. Have you tried that ?
