Form overwritten by a web page???

I Just looked at another corrupted form I had kept around to see if I could fix it later, and it is also overwritten by random garbage not an html file this time, I thought it was the form corruption others had experienced but I thought that was just a few bytes of the file getting messed up, this is like Windows 2k completely writting another file to my forms leaving no trace of it, I finally fired up VSS yesterday :), still I've making daily backups.

Worse part is that it seems to be related to crashes, I get a lot of explorer crashes, they seem to have dimminished after I removed a bunch of programs that seemed to be monitoring mouse clicks.
