Certainly not higher than manually counting which employs divining and other really accurate methods. BTW, you did hear that a Florida Highway Trouper stopped a speeding car and discovered he had a Florida legislative member behind the wheel and a votamatic machine in the back seat. The counts were going to manual weren't they? I wonder how many bogus ballots he punched up for Gore?
