I have written code that will create a Virtual web site and virtual directories underneath. I'm having difficulty accessing the newly created web server.

Pardon me for jumping in. Are you using IIS on Win2K Server, or IIS on Win2K Pro, or PWS on Win2K Pro? Not sure if Win2K is the same, but, I've programmatically created a second instance of a web server on NT4 with PWS - and discovered that I can only have one instance running at a time. I have to use Management Console to swicth between them. This was only done to satisfy curiosity!
