Must be only those in west Philly as you did not mention anywhere else.

There is an interesting choice of words “all or even most”. I have traveled for years through the United States and I am unable to tell who is on welfare and how they spend his/her money.

We have gone from “all or even most” to “NO ONE”. I guess if there is one person on welfare that abuses the system all should be punished?

The perfect solution is to give no one any type of assistance as they might purchase something inappropriate to others. Only those who earn money should be allowed to spend it. Do not give anything to the needy as they might sell it and thus have money to purchase drugs or who knows what?

Those in need are not productive members of society and therefore should not exist. It is the option of the individual to either be productive or not.

Just trying to take into perspective your comments on this subject. Have I drawn a logical conclusion based on your comments?
