But this is the problem of the 3rd party controls, It is up to us to continuously push these vendors that if they advertise the control as "ACTIVE X", they need to properly test the product across the major development languages, Visual C++, VB, VFOX, Java etc... Some vendors just give up and will specifically state that they have only tested their product with VB. This is their LOSS let them know about it, nobody likes loosing customers. As Visual Fox Pro developers we must make enough noise to be heard above the VB static coming through !
I've had pretty good luck with third party controls. However, the worst problems seem
to be with MS controls. You'd think they'd have an interest in making sure the OCX
controls work in all languages...
