May be Russia some poor country (or many Russian people are working in the Microsoft), but our price for VFP6 less then English variant and we have only Runtime Russian module.

But if you pay more for Spanish varian - you have to have full-translated variant. But my personal opinnion is that only Runtime module on native language is enough - developers mys know English very well (that's life - the USA is native country for Microsoft).
