I did not see your original message... but perhaps this will help if you are having trouble with SQLExec against Oracle.

pnPMS=SQLConnect()
lcExString=

IF SQLEXEC(pnPMS,[{Call ]+lcExString+[}])<0
Messagebox("The Stored Procedure Failed- message is:"+CHR(13)+Message(),16,"Stored Procedure Failing")
ENDIF

Make sure you use SINGLE QUOTES for parameters if you include any in lcExString.

"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
