We're getting complaints from users about performance under Terminal Server (NT 4). Anyone know where to look to find a way to improve performance? I can't imagine where to look because I have no experience with TS. It's not just screen draws - someone complained that they had to wait 15 minutes for the login screen to appear. But all other apps ran just fine.
