I must apologize. The code does actually do what is intended. It is because I am doing things in a MouseMove event and the code sometimes is not called if the mouse moves off the object too quickly, that I was having problems.
I shall have to alter the ay in which I am doing things - probably use a timer rather than a MouseMove event.
