I used the code you gave and it worked fine. However, when I run it on my test machine I get this error:

63 80040112 : Appropriate License for this class not found

I did regsvr32 for all the dll's and ocx's (oleaut32.dll mswinsck.ocx, comcat.dll)

Any thoughts?
