Well, on a bad day/week, I can have way too many cases to deal with (I haven't hit 20 yet, but have gotten close), so that I couldn't address something that came in through a non-standard channel. On the other hand, if it was one of the 20, I'd have incentive to take care of it so I could get down to a reasonable number. :-)
