Without the license information (stored in the registry), you can not use Createobject(), NewObject() or AddObject(). The control assocaite these with the development environment. If you don't have the license information, you can't develop with it.

In order to get around this, you need to include the appropriate ActiveX control in an Olecontrol on a form. When an ActiveX control is used in this way, it operates in "end user" mode. You can access all of its properties and methods.
