This isn't my choice, you can bump your heads against the wall as much as you want, if MS doesn't proactively support VFP it will wither... Corporate America is not known for risk taking when it comes to software development, at least not the companies I'm familar with. CitiCorp, IBM and GTE among others, aren't even aware that VFP exists! (yes I know, some individual office(s) may be using it, but not with corporate acceptance)

Just a minor correction: Citicorp has a large credit card processing / customer service / telemarketing center here in San Antonio TX and I know they use Visual FoxPro heavily. I am not sure if it is the only language they use but frequently they are looking for FoxPro developers.
