Do you want to modify the cells formatting (ie: combo box, check box, colors, ...)?

In this case, 3 choices:

-You can build your own ActiveX control (OCX) that represents one line of your grid and repeat it with the RepeaterControl to give the effect of a grid.

-Buy a commercial grid (Apex True DBGrid, Videosoft, Sheridan DataWidgets, ...)
