I was looking for this answer last week but didn't get too involved. What I did was set the InputMask to 99:99 (I'm only using min and sec) and then in the valid event check to see if left side is between 1 and 12 or (0 and 24 mil time) and the right side is between 0 and 60...

Just my work around, seems like there would be a input mask for such...
