Hi Matt!

We are separated by an ocean, but I agree with you on this.
Additionally, for an european developer MS doesnot give as much way of supporting like you. But I pay as much, as any other buyer on earth.
Last time, I was refused by the WEB response, cause I am not a North American one. The local support is designed for end user, not for developers. (I have to say, that end user support is quite good)
