Hey guys. Not sure about the UK rules. In the USA, it can vary a bit by state, and, truth be told, it's a very slippery and not-yet-fully-defined issue. Kevin -- if you have a specific issue in mind, unless the British laws are much more specific than those in the US, I would consider talking to an attorney.
