There are a couple of ways...
1. In VFP 7 go to the object browser and do File/Open.
2. VB 6 and Visual Interdev also have object browsers.
3. They are in the registry
4. For ActiveX controls you can create a new form in VFP. Drop an ActiveX (OLE control) on it - a list will pop up of all the ActiveX controls that are installed.

Personally, I'd use one of the object browsers.
