Pure speculation, but maybe the engine that parses the VCX architecture would have to be modified too much because Session class is missing many of the VFP baseclass PEMs. It would either be add the necessary PEMs to the Session class (which we don't want) or modify the class designer (which is not necessary and take resources away from other items on the list).
