Classes in a visual class library take about two or more times as much memory than classes defined in a PRG. In fact, from a confort point of view classlibaries (VCX) are better than PRGs. From a conservative space point of view PRGs are far better than classlibaries (especially when your classes contain large amounts of comments)

I suspect, that because of that the sessionclass was ment to be lightweigth (more ligthweigth than a form) you want to have this one in a PRG only. I don't know if agree to this standpoint, but I think this might be the reason.
