Nope, it's still PRG only.

Get used to using PRGs more and more <s>. All of the COM enhancements in VFP 7 (strong typing, PEM attributes, interface implementation, etc.) are only supported in PRGs, so anyone doing COM classes will pretty much be working exclusively in PRGs from now on.
