When I install the exe on its own subdir, I get error messages saying that it cant find this file and that file. Isnt the database, screens and menus, etc in the *.exe? Am I missing something?

Larry, try right-clicking on your project file and choosing Project Info...Now, make sure the items you described have been Included (using the checkbox provided in the list)
