Probably the easiest way to do this is to create a static
HTML page that refreshes itself and goes to the desired page
after the content completes. That page can then redirect to
the binary link in one window/frame while the main page is
refreshed with HTTP Meta Refresh tag. You can hook up
some script code to make the display for each of the windows
happen.
