Over the past couple of days when I'm in outlook express and click on a web link contained in an email message IE acts as if it is starting up but does not. I have to ctrl-alt-delete and end the task. After I do that and click on the link again it starts right up. Not an end of the world problem but I'm curious if anyone knows what might be up.

Also......

When logging onto the UT the banner ads on the main page are pushed way over to the left and the news stories are all crunched up. Clicking on refresh will move them over sometimes and sometimes not. Any ideas about that?
